We all know that Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer. So sad! And yet it makes us laugh year after year, even though we know what’s coming. It leaves us wondering, not just about hapless Granny, but if there’s more. Are there more silly Christmas songs for us to enjoy each December?

That’s a jolly 10-4!

We all know about the Twelve Days of Christmas. But do you know what comes next? Find out in The Twelve Days After Christmas, where “my true love and I had a fight.” Uh-oh … the trouble that follows is silly enough make the Grinch smile.

Speaking of the Grinch … He’s surrounded by silly music! Remember Burl Ives singing “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch”? Check out those lyrics and make them part of your next holiday get-together. Come on … everyone knows that tune!

We’ve all heard “All I Want for Christmas is My Two Front Teeth,” but how about “I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas”? “There’s lots of room for him in our two-car garage,” the singer assures us. Hmm …

“The Twelve Pains of Christmas” sounds incredibly familiar, until you tune into the words! It’s entirely possible Scrooge himself wrote this one. Some of the twelve pains? Rigging up these lights, facing my in-laws, batteries not included and finding a Christmas tree. Tune in to YouTube and listen to this tune for some instant relief when the holiday stress starts to get to you!
