Christmas is a time for sharing, so we’re offering these 5 free Christmas postcards with vintage Santa images. They’re formatted in Microsoft Word, so they’re easy to edit. You can either type your message and address your postcard right in Word, or you can delete the sample text and print a blank postcard on which you can handwrite your own personal message.
Each MS Word file is formatted to be printed on 4×6 postcard paper
such as Avery Dennison 8386 4 X 6 Matte White Postcards for Ink Jet Printers and contains two pages as shown in the screenshot here. The first page is the front of the postcard and has one of the images shown below. The second pages is the back of the postcard and contains a place for you to type or handwrite your own holiday greeting.
To download and print these images from your own computer, click on the image you like. Depending on the setup of your browser, the file will open directly in MS Word or you’ll get a dialogue box asking if you’d like to open the file with MS Word. Click OK. You’ll now be in Microsoft Word, where you can edit these postcards just as you would edit any other Word document. The page format is already set to 4×6 paper; be sure your printer is also set up for a horizontal document of that size when you’re ready to print.
